In this time of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 virus we want to reassure our customers that Branson Hot Tubs and Pools has not experienced any significant impact as a result of the disease.
Currently, we are fully stocked and open for business. To safeguard our customers and employees, we have implemented heightened hygiene and sanitation practices. Thus, we have shortened our business day by one hour and are currently closing at 5pm during the week. We will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.
We are taking the appropriate precautions, which includes social distancing. To minimize person-to-person contact, we encourage customers to utilize our option of Telephone Ordering with Parking Lot Pickup.
According to the CDC, there is no evidence that the Coronavirus can be spread to humans through the use of properly maintained and sanitized pool and hot tub water. Proper operation, maintenance, and sanitization should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19. As always, we are offering free water analysis for our customers. You have the option of leaving your hot tub or pool water at our door for testing. We can call or email the results if you would rather not wait.
