COVID-19 Update: Face Coverings are Required

Thank you to all of our customers for your patience, business, and continued support in this time of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 virus. Please read the statement below for the most up-to-date information regarding Branson Hot Tubs and Pools’ store operations.

Per Branson City ordinance, beginning July 31st Branson Hot Tubs and Pools will now require all customers entering the store to wear face coverings. This may include masks, face shields, bandanas, and any other appropriate face coverings. We also ask that you maintain at least six feet (6’) of distance between individuals that are not family members or people you reside with.

We are still providing curbside service and virtual tours for those who wish to refrain from entering our showroom.

We are taking the appropriate precautions, which includes social distancing. To minimize person-to-person contact, we encourage customers to utilize our option of Telephone Ordering with Parking Lot Pickup, but you are more than welcome to enter our showroom.

According to the CDC, there is no evidence that the Coronavirus can be spread to humans through the use of properly maintained and sanitized pool and hot tub water. Proper operation, maintenance, and sanitization should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19. As always, we are offering free water analysis for our customers. You have the option of leaving your hot tub or pool water at our door for testing. We can call or email the results if you would rather not wait.

As the situation evolves, we will continue to monitor it closely and follow measures recommended by the CDC. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Contactless Options

 Sales:
We are answering phone calls. We will continue to have Curbside Pick-up available. Please call 417-337-9782 and pre-pay for your order before you arrive. When you arrive at the store, call us and we will bring your order out to you.

 If you have a water test:

1. Call and tell us that the water sample is outside our door. (Make sure your name and phone number are on the bottle.)
2. We will bring the sample in, run your analysis, and call you when it’s complete. (If you would like to wait in the parking lot, we can call when it’s done and bring out any water care items you may need.)

 Service:
Our outside service of pools and hot tubs will continue as normal. We do ask that you do not approach our technicians for their safety and yours. We also ask that you keep your pets inside during our service.  If you need something or have a question while they are on your premises, Social Distancing is appropriate.  If they need to contact you about your pool or hot tub, they will contact you by phone call, text, or email.

As you can imagine, the situation that we are all in changes on a daily basis. We ask you to bear with us as we do our best to accommodate our customers’ needs.

As of 5/11/20, our hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
